A&O Shearman today announces an expansion of its market-leading private capital offering with the addition of secondaries partners Gabriel Boghossian and Sarah de Ste Croix as global co-heads of secondaries, together with their full team based in London.
Their arrival establishes A&O Shearman as one of only three firms in the industry to hold a Band 1 ranking for secondaries transactions, positioning the firm at the very forefront of one of private capital's fastest growing and most strategically significant markets. Gabriel and Sarah bring deep, market-recognized expertise across the full spectrum of secondaries including continuation vehicles, LP portfolios, GP stakes and other liquidity solutions. They will join over 200 partners who work with private capital players across the U.S., UK, EMEA and APAC.
